• Reservation Guarantee: By completing your preorder payment, you secure a
  reserved spot in our limited restock. Your preorder guarantees that we will
  set aside your selected game variant for you.
• Full Payment Due Upfront: The complete preorder amount is due at the time
  of purchase. No partial payments or deposits arrangements are available.
• Payment Method: Payments are processed through PayPal. Customers may use
  PayPal’s Pay Later option if available for their account.
• Payment Processing: All payments must be completed before your preorder is
  confirmed.

3. PREORDER TIMELINE & FULFILLMENT

• Component Sourcing & Assembly: Your preorder funds the ordering of game
  components from multiple vendors. After your preorder is placed, we must
  order, receive, and assemble all components before shipping can begin. This
  process takes time and directly impacts delivery timelines.
• No Guaranteed Delivery Date: Due to global conditions and supply chain
  factors, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Delays may occur and
  are beyond our control.
• Shipping Delays: International and domestic shipping may experience delays
  due to geopolitical circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by
  carriers or global events.

4. ADDRESS VERIFICATION

• Verification Email: Before shipment, you will receive an email requesting
  confirmation of your mailing address.
• Confirmation Required: You must respond to confirm your address. Games will
  be held until we receive address confirmation.
• Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect mailing address and games are
  returned to us, you are responsible for paying the cost of reshipping. We
  will attempt to contact you and find a solution.

5. SHIPPING & COSTS

• Shipping Paid by Customer: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Regional Rates: Shipping costs vary by region (domestic and international).

• Carrier Responsibility: Once shipped, the mail carrier assumes responsibility
  for safe delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate any
  shipping-related issues.

6. DAMAGE, DEFECTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Carrier Liability: The mail carrier is responsible for damage that occurs
  during transit. We are not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  to correct the problem on a case-by-case basis.
• Defective Products: If your game arrives with defective parts, we will
  attempt to find a solution or repair the defect on a case-by-case basis.
  This may include replacement parts or a full replacement. Customers may be
  required to ship the damaged part(s) back to us for repair or assessment,
  and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Reporting Issues: Report any damage, defects, or delivery issues within 14

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your preorder only before we order the
  game components. Once components have been ordered, cancellation is no longer
  available.
• Full Refund: Upon cancellation before parts are ordered, you will receive a
  full refund of your preorder payment.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed as soon as possible following
  cancellation request.
• No Cancellation After Parts Ordered: Once we have ordered components,
  cancellation is not available. You will be responsible for your preorder.

8. LIMITED INVENTORY

• Limited Restock: Annihilator is produced in limited quantities. Preordering
  is recommended to secure your copy.
• First-Come, First-Served: Preorders are fulfilled on a first-come,
  first-served basis. Once inventory is sold out, no additional preorders will
  be accepted until the next restock.

  within 14 days of contact. Filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback without
  attempting direct resolution first may result in additional action.

carriers, customs, geopolitical events, or other circumstances beyond our
